  2. Sincronizzazione dei documenti in cartelle di Zoho Workdrive

    Buongiorno,

    ci piacerebbe vedere le tipologie di documenti (DDT, F24 versamenti IRAP, F24 versamenti INAIL, F24 versamenti IVA, F24 versamenti ritenute, F24 versamenti TARI, Fatture INTRA, CU, ....) personalizzabili e sincronizzatili con delle omonime sottocartelle in una cartella condivisa di Zoho Workdrive / DropBox / Box.com /...

    In particolare noi utilizziamo Zoho Workdrive, quindi chiediamo l'integrazione con questa piattaforma.

    siamo utenti TS Digital e della Zoho Suite.
    Ci piacerebbe vedere implementata una semplice integrazione con la suite Zoho ed, in particolare, con Zoho Books.

  7. Cancellazione massiva documenti Digital BOX

    Buongiorno, sarebbe utile nella procedura poter cancellare in maniera massiva i documenti caricati, al momento posso procedere alla cancellazione uno alla volta.
    E' utile nel caso siano stati pubblicati più documenti per errore, o come nel mio caso c'è stata una anomalia di procedura per cui i documenti venivano caricati senza nome e senza categoria, per cui devo eliminarli e ricaricarli.

    Sarebbe utile decidere quale tipologia di scadenze mostrare al singolo cliente e dare quindi la possibilità solo ad alcuni clienti di visualizzare le scadenze pianificate.

    Dopo aver classificato un documento, all'interno della cartella classificata, non è più visibile il nome del documento, ma solo il "tipo documento". Per favore potete visualizzare nell'etichetta anche il nome file? Non è un suggerimento per migliorare, ma è un suggerimento per rimediare ad un problema esistente.

  16. Invio notifiche via mail

    Quando uno studio pubblica massivamente i documenti dei propri clienti presenti sulla digital box (esempio modello CU o 770 o Dichiarativi) il sistema deve inviare una notifica mail dell'avvenuta pubblicazione dei documenti.
    Stessa cosa quando vengono effettuate pubblicazioni di documenti manuali.

    Estendere l' app sui telefonini e tablet anche per lo Studio, che ha necessità di vedere le proprie fatture (non quelle dei clienti dello studio) in qualsiasi momento e in modo semplice come consente la Digital Box, che è lo strumento più facile ed utile di Agyo
